The living room will pamper to your every need with it's wooden rafter roof, open fire-place, window seats and the patio doors which open directly onto the terrace area and pool area. The designer kitchen is fully equipped high-tech gadgets and high quality utensils. Dining seating both inside and out caters for 8. The villa is situated in an enviable position on the peninsula and is just a 5 minute drive into the charming and unhurried town of Kas. You are also within walking distance of a few boutique hotels and restaurants where you can have a drink or a meal, or use the facilities. The villa has easy access directly down to the sea where you can enjoy the bathing platforms.

Booking Notes

We accept payment by bank transfer.

In order to secure your booking a 10 % non-refundable deposit will be taken. 

The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival. 

A welcome package will be provided for your arrival.

Our villa manager will be there to meet and greet you after your arrival. 

The garden and pool are maintained on a daily basis. 

Cleaning is at your convenience.

All children are welcome, but young children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool areas and on any external balconies.

The house has allocated private parking space.
